What still applies after launch
The build fee is one-time, but hosting isn’t part of it — every site needs somewhere to live. Here’s exactly what that costs, whichever way you go:
Domain registration
Registered in your name — yours to renew each year. On the $29/month maintenance plan, we handle the renewal for you instead.
Hosting
Not included in the $499 build fee. $10/month on our hosting from day one — or it’s bundled into the $29/month maintenance plan below.
SSL renewal
Included automatically as long as you host with us, on either the standalone hosting or the maintenance plan.
Want us to keep it maintained?
For $29/month, maintenance covers hosting + domain renewal (we handle it) + SSL + uptime monitoring, plus up to 1 small edit a month — instead of paying $10/month for hosting alone. Entirely optional; the site is yours either way.

- You do — a short intake form makes it quick. We design, build, and launch around what you give us.
- How long does it take?
- Typically live within 10 business days of us having your content.
- How does payment work?
- 50% to start, 50% before we launch it.
- What counts as a "small edit"?
- Swapping text, a photo, or updating hours/contact info on a page that already exists — the same definition used on Starter and Growth. New pages or features are a scope change, billed separately.
